Do you ship to my country?:
  • Currently, I only ship to addresses within the United States of America.  
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
  • EXCHANGES: I gladly accept exchanges on "READY TO SHIP" items, only.  Contact me within: 14 days of delivery and ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.  Buyers are responsible for shipping costs both directions. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • RETURNS: I do NOT accept returns but please contact me if you should have any problems with your order.
Do you charge sales tax?
  • Etsy is required to collect taxes in many states.
What colors of leather do you have available?
  • I can order just about any color you can imagine: pebble, grainy, smooth, metallic, floral, camo, striped, plaid. Yes, leather can come in all of these types. Just message me the color you are looking for and I'll send you photos of the leathers I have access to in that color.
Do you take custom orders?
  • Yes, however, orders are completed in a "first paid, first completed" order.
  • If you don't see the exact bag, bucket, pouch, or tassel you would like, don't worry, I can make a custom items, just for you. Processing time for a custom items can be 2-6 weeks depending on work load.  I will let you know the time frame prior to your purchasing your item.  The following is the custom process:
  1. Send me a message by clicking the "Message Mary N" button or "Contact" button on Etsy or by filling out and submitting the Contact Me form on this website.
  2. Let me know what you are interested in. Bag/bucket/pouch/tassel style, specific options you are interested in.
  3. I'll send you photos of leather to select from.
  4. Once all options are agreed upon, I will set up a custom listing on Etsy or an invoice from this website detailing all of your choices so you can purchase it. This may require many messages to make sure we are on the same page.
