If you select waxed canvas for you bucket, your waxed canvas is made with mixture of food grade paraffin wax and natural bees wax. Your bucket may smell like honey when it is new. Waxed canvas was used in the mid-1900s. It is known for its water-repellent nature, durability, and beautiful patina. The patina develops over time with subtle creases and wrinkles which adds character to your bucket. The patina can be easily removed by lightly warming the bucket with a blow drier.
